Since the mid 1990's and to this day, NO HIV-negative person became infected with HIV as a result of Safe Sex Serosorting.
Therefore, three issues are realized that are vital in the future of HIV Prevention - 1) The AIDS Vaccine and AIDS Pill have been obsolete since the mid 1990's, 2) New transmissions of HIV have been stopped dead in it's tracks and 3) The general public has lost confidence in America's HIV Agencies, Organizations, Departments, "experts" and "professionals".
This blog will be a personal account - a journal* - of my private research, out reach, understanding and awareness of the global behavioral change I created back in the mid 1990's here in New York City, NY.
